Under the guidance from the Online Billing Supervisor, the Online Billing Specialist will process invoices produced by Billing Specialists. The Online Billing Specialist position is the key check point within the company to ensure all invoices are delivered to our customers for Accounts Receivable to receive payment.

• Processes daily invoices prepared by Billing team via email, customer platform or mail
• Prepares and processes consolidated invoices
• Helps maintain the Online Issue Log
• Problem solves with the appropriate parties to resolve online issues
• Performs checks to find resolved issues and verify all invoices are accounted for
• Completes assigned tasks in a safe, accurate, thorough, and alert manner
• Upholds Company policies and procedures
• Works in a professional manner with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public
• Other related job duties as assigned

• Demonstrated stable and successful work experience in billing/and or customer service
• Extreme attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Excellent ability to learn software
• 50+ WPM typing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree highly preferred.
• Prior Billing-related experience preferred.
• Previous experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred

• Able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer.
