Step into a role where project management meets sales excellence. As a Sales Operations Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that keeps our Sales and Account Management teams moving forward. You’ll lead projects, streamline processes, and drive efficiency—helping Nextech deliver top-tier service while fueling our continued growth.
Partner with Sales and Account Management leaders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Build and manage project plans that keep timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track.
Act as the go-to communicator for project updates, ensuring teams and stakeholders are always aligned.
Oversee cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration.
Monitor project risks, implement solutions, and keep deliverables compliant with standards.
Support new customer rollouts, onboarding, and trade show activities.
Manage and enhance Salesforce—creating reports, tracking adoption, and ensuring data accuracy.
Develop data-driven insights with Power BI and Excel to optimize sales performance.
Coordinate RFP responses, sales presentations, and marketing materials to strengthen sales opportunities.
Assist in identifying new target customers and expanding Nextech’s market share.

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required), and project management tools.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with CRM data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements.
Prior HVAC/service industry experience is a plus.
